A mix is a stack of sounds playing together. Start from a ready-made one like Rainy cabin, then turn each layer up or down until it sounds like your kind of quiet.

Seamless loops with the screen locked. Free mixes fade out softly after 15 minutes; with Plus they play until morning.
Real sounds, soft tones
Recorded rain, creeks, waves and forests, plus pink noise, 174 to 528 Hz tones and binaural beats.

Sleepdalf's partner, named after the lullaby. A little more playful, always holding a glowing star, and very good at gentle ASMR evenings.
Bedtime lullabies
A lullaby, read just for you.
Choose a lullaby from the shelf and your guide reads it to you, slow and soft, for about half an hour: just long enough to drift off. Underneath, play any mix you like, from rain on the window to a crackling fire. With Plus you can also set each sound's volume. Sleepdalf's voice is low and rumbly. Lulla's is warm and gentle.

When does Sleepdalf launch?
We're building it now and will launch on iPhone and Android at the same time. Leave your email and you'll hear the day it's out.
Does it work with my screen off?
Yes. Mixes keep playing with the phone locked. On the free plan they fade out after 15 minutes; with Plus they can play all night.
What happens after 15 free minutes?
The sound fades out slowly, so nothing jolts you awake. The next time you open the app, your guide will offer you a free trial of Plus.
Is there an account to create?
No. You open the app and press play. Your saved mixes stay on your phone.
